I have been hiding from dentists for 34 years. Did pretty well too cleaning my own teeth. But I finally broke a tooth, biting into a clamshell in some gumbo. I even avoided the dentist after that for another two years. But the time has come to face the music and pay the piper. Have been having dental problems with my new denture that Aspen made less than a year ago. I called and made an appointment to see what they could do to help me. They were very compassionate and took the time to listen to my concerns. Doctor Alana Shields, and her assistants Melissa and Markica were wonderful. They went above and beyond and I walked out with a beautiful smile and new dentures. I almost forgot Linda the receptionist who was also wonderful. I made a great decision, when I switched to this location. Dr. Marius is the most caring, proficient and knowledgeable dentist anyone can have. I got full mouth dentures for the first time in life, and I am beyond satisfied with the look, the fit, and the care I received. His entire staff is friendly and first rate.

I am reaching out to thank Gavin and his team at the Aspen Dental office in Melbourne (the one at 1795 New Haven Ave) for a pleasant, prompt, and effective appointment this past Monday. Dental work is no one's favorite activity but Gavin and his Technician made it as 'painless' as possible. Thank You!! We have been to an Awesome Aspen Dental in Orange Park, FL & a horrible one in West Melbourne - So not all offices are alike... But this one on New Haven Ave is up there with the Awesome one!! Dental assistants are not very charismatic, dentists had her kid in the office screaming the whole time. I had 2 crowns put on, extremely painful 3 hours, pain got worse and after paying for the crowns and all the pain, the dentist said I need a root canal, obviously they did not look through the x-rays too well. They where laughing at how much saliva I was excretion. Terrible, terrible experience. Sadists.

Horrible experience from start to finish. Walk in to check in for my appointment and the receptionist says we've tried to reach you for several days?? I called the office and confirmed the appointment and sent my dental insurance over. After waiting over 30 minutes in the waiting room I got about 10 feet into the back before I had 2 staff members literally yelling at me in the hall in front of everyone. Had an appointment at 8 am first one to arrive they left me out in the waiting room for 45 minutes. They took a guy before me that arrived at 8:15 then they took 2 others back that arrived later than me. 30 minutes in the receptionist said it'll be just a minute then fifteen minutes after that I got up and left

Scheduled an appointment for a chipped tooth (not an extraction) I called 8 times to verify my insurance, each time it went through to a call center. I get an email stating my appointment, I get there at 730am on Saturday, the individual at the front says sorry they couldn't verify my insurance bc I didn't speak with her. I NEVER COULD, y'all have a call center that takes you to. Anyways, I ask ok how much will this cost? She said I don't know which tooth they're going to extract. They tried to impose unnecessary procedures as well as cleaning which I have done literally a month before seeing them. Very sketchy clinic. Do not recommend going there.
