This place was clean and modern. Top notch equipments. Aspen dental is on a list as a low to no cost dental services to qualifying low income patients. Apparently my daughter being a low income college student didn't qualify when they quoted her $5k for a one tooth extraction and one tooth implant. Let me add the garage parking to this place is really bad and Aspen does not validate. Had to pay for parking because Aspen dental took 2.5 hours for a consultation. This was our experience.

SCAM! Beware as Aspen Dental is a greedy company and a complete scam. I should have come to Yelp before I made my appointment, and hopefully if you are here, these reviews will deter you from wasting your time. After moving to the area a few months ago, my partner and I needed a new dentist for a routine cleaning so I made appointments for us here for a Saturday morning. Aspen dental are a bunch of crooks and should be shut down. I went here to try to get my tooth removed and they told me they would give me free x-rays since they didn't want to try to even get the X-rays I just got done a week prior at my dentist. That thing would just do complimentary free x-rays that would only take a minute on their new fancy x-ray machine. They swore up and down they weren't going to charge me for them. I went to the Elizabeth City NC office. Was quoted a cost, paid it in full on the date of service. Was then billed an additional amount and told they applied part of payment to an involved of services I was never advised of. Further, they billed my insurance for said services I never authorized. No statement was ever provided of services either. 4 mos later I'm receiving this information. What shady operation! Taking money from insurances for services you aren't aware of. They popped out one of my caps during cleaning and failed to tell me. The dentist agreed to glue it back in and all staff went to the lunch room so she had to set up her room alone. They acted like they were doing me a favor. The dentist failed to test to see if the cap was too high and as a result I was in great pain. I called the number you advertised as being open nights and weekends. No answer. Automated responses saying call back during regular hours. terrible experience! I make an appointment for a regular thoot cleaning. They told me they accept my insurance so ok! But they say it is MANDATORY to do xrays before the consultation, So they did after and hr finally the dentist came back saying I need a deep cleaning which is $2,0000 not covered btw they have plan payments. I said No. I want a regular cleaning so she and the manager respond sorry you would need to go somewhere else..... What??????
