I don't usually write an experience, but this one was so dissatisfying I need to let others know. When you get in they do a bunch of X-rays and then a dentist comes and tells you how a bunch of things are wrong and start suggesting all the things you'll need. Then immediately they sit you down with a consultant, who already has a whole bill ready to show you; Btw Get ready to be told, you need your wisdoms teeth taken out and a deep cleaning.... Thieves. Asked 5k for cleaning went down to 1500 did charged for services never performed. Stay away at all cost. A trap!!!!!

They suck ass. Stay away from the company completely. I went to to the one in gainesville and this one here in Riverlanding. They absolutely don't care about your teeth health. They just want to drill a hole in your pockets. They show you all this technology so it feels like they're doing something so grand for you.

I moved to Miami earlier this year and really regret wasting my insurance-covered check-up at Aspen Dental. Their priority is selling you extra services. They do not do a customary clean as is typical at most dentist offices and instead pushed a one-time special cleaning for $500 and that you're supposed to pay for repeatedly every 3-4 months. *****Stay away *****This is by far the worst dentist place ever. I walked in there with no problems my wife was the one that needed to get work done. They found lots of "problems ". At the beginning they were super friendly and everyone wanted to help. Then when I complained about the price .They charged me 7,000 for a crown replacement and a "deep Cleaning" no matter if my teeth were falling off dirty that's crazy and they supposedly did so many things ! I was Looking for a new dentist in Miami and found this so called Aspen Dental, and was able to get an appointment for that same day. Walking into practice everything looked normal, just like any Dr. practice you always have to wait and that's okay, but here they make you wait and reset the clock and make you wait again and before you know it you have spend a half day while nothing happened. Price gauging. They tried to charge me $600 for a cleaning. Saying I needed a scaling and antibiotics for two of the teeth. I had a trip back to where I lived within the next two weeks and went to the dental office I've been going to for the past 5 years. I had them review everything and said a scaling wasn't necessary,they did my cleaning and charged me $125, including the X-rays.
