I would never recommend aspen of midland. the temp they put on my tooth lasted less then 2 hours (while I slept, didn't eat or drink anything). they were so short staffed that the doctor was doing my dental work then switching to another room and doing something else and came back and didn't even finish the temp. I was not told what to do for pain or infection. I was not given an antibiotic. I have been sitting here with an exposed tooth for 24 hours now and called the "emergency line" three times and the doctor has not call... read more

Made and appointment for my Mother and they asked what her insurance was and they told her that they took it only for her to drive 45 minutes to get there and be turned away at the desk. Even after she offered to pay cash for services! Thankfully another dental office worked with her, fixed her teeth and had no problem taking her $2,000 plus dollars cash.... Never Again!

I came into the Midland office on May 16, 2019 because I had a toothache. The said I would need x-rays and a cleaning before the Dentist could fix my tooth. I agreed so I could get my tooth fixed. After x-rays, I went to the hygienist's cubicle to get my teeth cleaned. She took measurements of mt teeth and gums and then went to get the Dentist. The Dentist came and said I would need to see a specialist if I wanted to save my teeth. Otherwise I would need dentures. He would not fix my tooth that was aching. He would n... read more

It was like being on an assembly line and not not sure what product you’d end up. I went just to get a chipped tooth filed down so it wouldn’t cut my tongue. People were nice but they had to do a full work up so they could try and talk me into full service which I knew I could not afford. They then sent me in to see their financial advisor to see if I qualified for a loan from a high interest company and informed me I could get a loan for $1000 but needed to home $2000 more for all they planed. I originally went to them because of a failed previous root canal. They did the"free x-rays" that they throw out there as bait and then they wait to set the hook! They then tried to charge me for a "surgical" extraction. After I professionally protested the charge, it was changed to a simple extraction. Just as it should have been in the first place! Calling to make my appointment with the call center today. The man I spoke to was very rude and kept rushing me. Then he called me a name and preceded to laugh at me and demean me until I hung up. I called the Midland office to speak to a manager and after she scheduled my appointment was loud spoke over me and abruptly hung up the phone. So needless to say I called back to cancel. I do not recommend the office based on this terrible and very disrespectful experience. I will be contacting corporate over this.
