first time I went was 2 years ago and I was releived they helped me lower my price for a tooth to be pulled, I have no insurance went this week and had one pulled what they quoted me and what they charged me were two different things. this time they waited till my tooth was pulled and then their was nothing I could do told me it would be $73 and another $100, when i went to pay it was $309 not happy
Aspen dental changed me 409.00 and said I only paid 234.00 lol this place is a joke. My husband went in there for an abcess, and, they didn't tell him that our insurance wouldn't cover the i&d so now we owe a bill and can't finish what they started until it's paid. Their staff are rude and blame the patients for everything, they lie, and , apparantly steal money... They say they will fix their mistakes and they dont...
Just another routine appointment. Bad enough it takes four appointments for a root canal and a crown now they want to make the process longer because the doctor doesn't like how the canal is and needs to be extended. On top of screwing up billing and the fix all for an old filling replacement for my wife has turned into a root canal and a crown. Not happy with anything. My son had an appointment to go get a cavity filled on jan 25 at Midland aspen dental, they called to rescedule it to Feb 13 , my daughter also got resceduled several times, on Feb 12 they called and said they no longer accept our insurance which took effect Feb 1 if they would have fixed it jan 25 the insurance would have covered it . they could not do anything about it. I went there and they didn't want to work on me said they'd refer me but never did. Than scheduled my husband for a Saturday they are closed. It's an hour drive for us this is ridculus
If there was an option for no stars I'd pick that. I went in there for tooth pain they said they couldn't do anything for me. Went to a different dentist turned out to be a tooth Infection. Went there again on a Monday to get 2 teeth pulled. Theyll make you wait a month for something they tell you they can do just to tell ya they cant when you come in. But it was nice listening to the ladys talk shit about all the patients as you wait.
I should have listened to other reviewers. They messed up my teeth. I have been trusted them, but it turned out they don't worth any trust. The dentist made a crown for me which does not bite with my upper teeth. There is an obvious gap between my tooth and crown, but the dentist had me bite a piece of blue paper and said there is no problem there. I am so angry that she lie in front of me!!! And they don't care about the bad job they did on me, and no apology. My family will never come back again.
