I called Aspen because I was eating a piece of Pizza on a Sat and my lower denture plate broke right in half they got me in on the day I called which was a Monday. The staff were all very pleasant treated me with respect. Dr Saab came in explained that I would need a new set of dentures due to the top last two molars on both sides were worn down and wouldn’t last but told me that I could use them until they were worn all the way down to where it would become holes he would fix my lower plate and send me on my way or I could ... read more
I had an unexpected emergency that needed to be taken care of and they squeezed me in that same day! Very kind and caring staff all checked on me frequently while I was waiting and the Doctor who helped me was amazing!! Thank you so much again for your help!!

The staff here is super friendly and always welcoming. They are always willing to help me when trying to figure out insurance and if insurance doesn’t cover, they help with figuring out payment options. Staff is super good with my children (ages 14 and 11) and help make our experiences really good!

My reason for selecting Aspen Dental, Midland, MI is not as important as the level of care and customer service I received. First impressive action was having Megen, "My dental assistant" walk into the waiting room to greet me instead of calling my name from behind a door.
