I loved it. They sat down and explained to me what was concerning about my teeth, why it was concerning and how to prevent the decay from progressing. All while being very non-judgmental. Then I was able to sit down and discuss financials and made a plan of care with a payment plan!

I walked in to Aspen Dental as a new customer with a broken tooth. The aspen team in Midland got me in for an initial consultation right away and thoroughly explained my options and treatment plan. They made it easy and took great care of me!
Scared of Dentist from past experiences, but professional from signing in for my appointment to sincere X Ray technician Jen, the hygienist Alisia and caring and compassionate Dentist Dr Sam Saab. Excellent job, happy with my experience at Aspen Dental . Thank you ...I am now an Aspen Dental New and Remaining client.

I recently made an appointment and this was done on Saturday nov. 18. All the people there were courteous and helpful. They explained my options and set me up with a plan of attack. Jen the Dental assistant, Alisha the Hygienist, Cammie the Rep. not only were very professional but also friendly and talkative. Dr. Saab was the same. I was recommended by a friend from work to Aspen and I am glad I came to them. More to come after they fix my ugly smile!!

Great experience great very professional would recommend to everyone thank you Aspen Dental Terri Bristol-Burris
It is very easy to make an appointment and the receptionists at the front desk were very patient and friendly. This place is clean and comfortable. The dentists were very professional and nice to patients. The only downside was that the waiting time was too long. They told you it would be 5 min but you would probably wait for at least 10-15 min.
