First, let me start with the fact that I'm in a state of shock. I went today for my appointment and I cannot believe the dishonesty and discussed that I feel for this place i'm gonna call the Better Business Bureau after this review. I've also left a bad review on everything sight that I could possibly see about Aspen dental Mohegan Lake New York. I went in today for my appointment for a cleaning and they did x-rays and they stopped and didn't do a cleaning to tell me that I needed to have some deep cleaning done because I ... read more

We went to Aspen because it is advertised as "Affordable". On my husband's first visit everyone was great except the girl that gave us his estimate. All she did was put the papers in front of us and told us how much we would have to pay for dentures. We had no chance to look over our estimate which was $7,800 and that amount was after our insurance payment. My experience at this dental office was not good. The receptionist was pleasant and the person who took my x-rays. However, Dr Scott Kenyon was rude, not pleasant and did not take the time to have a dialogue. It seems has if he was in a rush. The hygienist gave me a oral evaluation but kept hurting me with the sharp tool she used even though I told her I have extremely sensitive teeth. I will not return.
