Natalee & Vanessa are awesome! Since I started coming to Aspen I actually look forward to going to the dentist. They actually take their time with you and make sure you are comfortable with everything! I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!

My dental experience at Aspen has been great . Natalie, my hygienist was professional and personal. She must have notes because she was able to refresh our chat on travel. Dr. Laughlin was so great at going all through my concerns last time. This time he just checked and reassured me things were good with my care. Very happy here!

The only reason Aspen Dental didn't get a 5 star rating from me is because we waited 45 minutes after our appointment time ... my husband has had a wonderful experience with Dr. Laughlin at Aspen & now my 87 yr old Mom is also seeing Dr. Laughlin after years of not addressing her tooth decay due to a fear of dentists in general ... literally every single time there has been a need to address whether it be pain or tweaking a dental plan of action, I have contacted Rusty - the office manager - and he has immediately addressed ... read more
The employees are all very friendly. Russ was very helpful with the explaining the financing Dr Laughlin was very informative about what I needed to have done. Would recommend the Moline office .
