There was a mix-up with my time but they were still able to accommodate me
Absolutely had a wonderful experience. I got in and out quick. The staff were all very friendly. Plus with all the money that I saved I plan on getting a few extra things taken care of as well.
I hadn't been to the dentist in years. I was so nervous, but once I got in there they made me feel so comfortable! The staff is amazing! I could rave for days about them! I saw Dr. Laughlin today and he really took the time to explain and break down his findings. After seeing the dentist I had a meeting with the office manager Rusty. He was great! I never liked going to the dentist but dr Laughlin was outstanding I was treated with respect even though my tooth loss was my fault he made me smile again the Jana Vanessa and Nicole are the bomb I don't how to thank them for being so patient I would recommend aspen for everyone stay cool ladies!
I was nervous to go to the dentist - it had been about four years since my last visit, but the staff members were ALL so nice and put me at ease. I loved the environment and interacting with them - I felt relaxed and calm throughout my visit. In fact, I had such a positive experience that I made my six month checkup while I was there - no more putting off dentist visits for me thanks to Aspen Dental Moline!
They were very friendly and professional. The tech that took my X-rays did a great job! She was very sympathetic to my gag reflex. Also had my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist. She did a great job and took good care of me since they hadn't been cleaned in over 2 years. All and all i would recommend this professional group. I'm going back in November for another cleaning!
