After years of neglect on my teeth i made my consultation appt with Aspen Dental. I went in they gave me a price and was pleasantly pleased with the amount they were charging me for my care. The first actual visit was with Dr. Park where i had my teeth cleaned and was then handed over to a terrific team being Dr Park and his assistant Lisa. They gave me a deep root cleaning and he extracted my tooth and never knew. Thought he was still cleaning? My visit was awesome! I have never said that about a dental visit. Thank you Lisa and Steve for being so professional and making me feel so comfortable. I have always dreaded the dentist but not anymore. Thanks again!
Went in on Monday as a new patient, the staff was excellent and explain everything that needed to be done and the steps. Next was a appointment today went really good. Go back in 4 months hope I continue to get great service. The staff so far are excellent. There are several people that think that when they have an appointment that they don't have to wait but not everything goes on schedule. All doctor offices make mistakes on appointments; but when I don't get a e-mail or phone call, I call to make sure they have me down. I... read more
Aspen staff seemed very professional and courteous.
My appointment was at 8:30 and by 8:45 I was taken back and that was with me filling out the paperwork. The staff is very efficient.
