I realize I was a new patient, but I had to wait an hour in the waiting room. Before bein seen. Yes, they were very busy, but I don't think a person should wait an hour to be seen. I must admit that after I got called back. Everything went great, even with the student tech. I didn't mind everyone has to learn and how do you learn if not by doing.
