I realize I was a new patient, but I had to wait an hour in the waiting room. Before bein seen. Yes, they were very busy, but I don't think a person should wait an hour to be seen. I must admit that after I got called back. Everything went great, even with the student tech. I didn't mind everyone has to learn and how do you learn if not by doing. Great people, very nice and professional. Physician is very thorough and explains procedures needed to be done.
I went to my appointment to get rid of 2teeth and I did that.the nurse even held my hand .they are truly the nicest ppl.
