Before we went over there I asked them if they accepted Humana and they said they did, well after looking on Humana's website, I find that both dentist that saw my brother wasn't in his network so of course they charged an arm and leg for the work they did on him. Beware, ask the right questions, I guess it's my fault I didn't ask about the dentist themselves. We will never go back. They have charged him over $500.00 for 2 visits after getting paid by Humana.

On one occasion my dentist wasn't going to be there and they didn't notify me of the cancellation. I arrived on time for my appointment, after driving 25 miles to get there, to find out that my appointment had been cancelled! #2, I needed some teeth repaired and filled and the dentist filled a tooth that didn't need refilled or repaired and fractured the tooth in the process. I was a new patient at Aspen Dental and went in for a toothache. I was considering changing dentists, so when this issue came up I thought I would check into Aspen for my continued dental work. I was sent home with Antibiotics and some Motrin. The next day, my pain was excruciating, so I called them back to see if I needed to come back in so they could do something for my pain. Ok I DO NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL. My appointment was at 1:45pm Larry Myers & I got there at 1:25pm. Filled out the paper work. 2 more people came in. They called people back including those 2 people. At 2:15pm I asked why my appointment was late. Receptionist said I don't know let me go ask. She chatted with staff.. checked in 2 more people. I would not recommend them ever. My Dad had an appointment today and they called him last minute to cancel because they were closing early. Did not give a reason either. So I guess no ones appointment is important to them.

terrible place....drove 2 hrs for dental care based on there Veterans Service day. I was lied to on several occasions and they tried to shift me around to other Aspen Dental offices for services they promised me from Texarkana to Shreveport FINALLY to Sherman Tx. never got the phone calls or the services they promised me. never do any business with Aspen Dental...waited 2 months for nothing.
