I have to say it was the first time at the MT Pleasant office and was overwhelmed by the people that work there. I am very proud to call them my dentist and will recommended them highly!!!!!!!
The Racine office is amazing! Our appt was made for a Michigan location and they took us in anyway. Dr. Bryan Boston was phenomenal and the office manager was so kind and professional. I would recommend them to EVERYONE! Thank you for helping us. We will be lifetime patients..

this is horrible I haven't slept in days. After I had a wisdom tooth removed and 3 fillings they removed my old fillings and refilled. I am taking 800 ibuprofen and 3 extra strength tylenol. it's not working. For post op they for some reason don't prescribe any other medicine. I'm using orajel and taking antibiotics. The pain is worse than the aching pain I had before. This is not a normal dentist office. I even called the emergency after hours line. Confused and in pain. They wanna work on me tomorrow I don't think... read more

Classic Bait and Switch and upsell to procedures Not covered by your insurance. 1st visit was fine. 2nd they tried to take me. But I walked out. So not only are they Not getting the $362 they wanted out of my pocket. They arent getting the $250 my insurance was going to pay. Good buisness model Aspen. And your receptionist was rude and abrupt. There was a sign on a table in waiting area about No loud complaining or you will be banned. lol sitting in waiting room... look at wifi list... says "Aspen-guest" ask receptionist what password is and she states "we don't have any wifi here" 😂😂😂😂😂 really?
They don’t stand behind their word and what they on their website. Rude staff and the patient isn’t always right, they are had a phone call with the manager and she hung up on me.
