Just wasnt happy - got zero results. Even if they couldnt resolve my emerncy issue dentist could have come in to talk. Dentist didnt even have the courtesy to come in and explain. Too much like a "fast food" kind of thing. I guess i would have felt better had the dentist actually consulted with me - heck maybe they didnt have one i don't know. Doesn't stand behind there warranty. Purchased 7yr. dentures and worn out it less then 4yrs. Was told by 2 Aspen Dental Offices they where 7yrs no matter what. Just not covered if you loss them. Very disappointed. Makes no sense.
I would never recommend Aspen Dental. Very unprofessional, went there and was told that I needed a root canal. Dr. Boston stated the root canal but had to stop part way through because a piece of equipment he needed was broke. Went back at a latter date so he could finish the root canal, he worked on it for an hour then stopped and told me that he could not finish and I would have to see a specialist and have them do it. I recommend that anyone looking for a dentist in the area go somewhere ELSE! Last July while visiting family in the area on official orders, it was recommended to me that I try Aspen Dental as dentist appointments where I live overseas are difficult to get and the dental care as not as comprehensive as in the US. I paid around $500 for two cleanings and several fillings and was told I was getting an insurance discount for being in network, even though I specified that I don't have dental insurance, just a cleaning benefit fr... read more

This place is a scam.. bill you for services you didn’t have. Office manager Nichole in Mt Pleasant hung up on me twice while trying to get fixed. She needs to be fired.
I am filing this complaint about my visit to Aspen dental on August 29, 2018. I went in with a toothache. I had X-rays and a partial cleaning. The hygienist said that I would have to come back to finish it because I was due for an extraction. I met with Dr. Boston who said he would do the extraction. Was the absolute worst experience of my life at the dentist. Went there because I was having tooth pain and they did just about everything else before they addressed the problem. When the were all done taking a million xrays, that I did not ask for, and seeing everyone there under the sun, then the Dentist finally came in and told me what I thought, I need a root canal or extraction. I DO NOT reccomend them if you are in pain, if you are already scared of the dentist, or if you want them to do the right thing if you all of a sudden reach hypertensive crisis.
The worst place to go do not go to them
