I had such a great experience with Jackie at Aspen Dental. She was so patient with me and really took the time to listen to my concerns, especially when it came to the aesthetics of my smile. She didn't make me feel rushed or like I was being difficult. Instead, she was genuinely understanding and made me feel comfortable expressing exactly what I wanted. After calling Aspen Dental - New Caney for emergency care, I was given an immediate appointment with the best service. Each person understood how I was feeling and went to great lengths to help me after experiencing a very painful toothache. The situation was quickly resolved after giving me options with prices. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental - New Caney for your dental needs. The prices were very reasonable!
The people who work here are very professional. They work with you and want to be sure your comfortable I had a root canal with no pain- We both had deep cleaning and hygienist Was so careful and did a great job! They discuss your charges and treatment before you it's done -any questions -they work with you one on one -even finance Their smiles and atmosphere makes you feel comfortable The office staff is very professional - easy to schedule We're glad we changed to this location on Hwy 59 and 99 in Porter,Tx
First off, their yelp reviews are horrendous; If you want a proper review of this Aspen location in New Caney, go over to google and you will have more context with the service(s) and what they offer. I took a chance and decided to visit this office being that I used to go to Complete Dental Care in Kingwood...They no longer have hours that accommodate my after-work needs. Went to get new dentures made. impressions made, was told my new dentures would be ready in 2-3 weeks. I heard nothing for 2 months. When I called to check, I was told that "unfortunately" I would have to have impressions made again and start the process over. No phone call, no update until I called them. Technicians were rude during my visit. I just told them to just refund the money ($1400) that I had already paid. Never been treated like this in any dentist office.

Why Aspen Dental invests in such poorly run dental offices is sure to ruin their reputation & bottom line. This office is terribly run & their owner is taking on another office that inevitably will be disappointing. I easily found a MUCH better place.

Lali is the worst for customer service. She does not know how to speak to her patients and does not even acknowledge your issue. I refuse to go back. Good thing they are not the only one in New Caney.
