Policies change, appointments get cancelled, you never get notified until it's too late. I would seek other local dentist before making your way down to Aspen.

Just got off the phone with Aspen Dental Texas again and they are still refusing to fix my 3 1/2 month old dentures that I paid $1600 for just the top part because I was out of town. My tooth broke. I put a drop of superglue on it to put it back in place until I could get to and they are saying that voided my warranty. They are neglecting to accept the fact that dentures broke in the first place and they're not even four months old I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are crooks. Scheduling nightmare and very unprofessional. Two appointments were set for the same procedure and the procedure was never done on either appointments. No explanation as to why it wasn't done and they wanted to schedule for a third appointment. Do not waste your time.

HORROBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE my son was overcharged and they did not even complete the service. They said they ran out of time, but they still had two hours being open. No quality of care when you need fillings. What a waste of time and money!

I've called this place on three separate days and there phones do not work. I've went into office 2 times to ask them to run my insurance again. Both times the front seat attendant acted as if it's her first day and she's too incompetent to do the simple task I am requesting. The last time I was there I waited over 20 minutes and then they "promised" they'd call. There has been no call. My permanent teeth still haven't been applied and calling them and pressing 2? Aspen is a notorious criminal corporation. I don't need to tell you how bad they are. YOU look them up on Google or Duck or your browser....Aspen Dental Lawsuits. They have been sued by states, the AG of the state wins and Aspen continues to steal from patients in need who trusted them. Went there for a cleaning recently. I was told it had to be done in 2 separate appointments, but it could have easily been done the same day. (Insurance purposes they said). I was also provided with an electric toothbrush, but since I already had one I took it back and asked them to refund the $140 I was charged for it. I was told on two different occasions it was being processed, however after a month, I have still not been reimbursed. Don't waste your time coming here. They try to over bill the dental insurance by having you come in MULTIPLE times for things you can normally do ANY-WHERE-ELSE in one day. My husband tried booking a regular cleaning here & they tried telling him that they couldn't guarantee that he could get a cleaning in the same day of getting his xrays. Like WHO does that? I literally just had my regular cleaning done at Mint Dentistry in Humble which INCLUDED xrays AND whitening available ALL in one day, and that's exactly where my husb... read more
