I've called this place on three separate days and there phones do not work. I've went into office 2 times to ask them to run my insurance again. Both times the front seat attendant acted as if it's her first day and she's too incompetent to do the simple task I am requesting. The last time I was there I waited over 20 minutes and then they "promised" they'd call. There has been no call. My permanent teeth still haven't been applied and calling them and pressing 2? Aspen is a notorious criminal corporation. I don't need to tell you how bad they are. YOU look them up on Google or Duck or your browser....Aspen Dental Lawsuits. They have been sued by states, the AG of the state wins and Aspen continues to steal from patients in need who trusted them. There is no worse crime than betrayal of your trust and using your trust against you. There is a group on FB, STOP ASPEN DENTAL with 17500 members. That is huge for a group against any company. Went there for a cleaning recently. I was told it had to be done in 2 separate appointments, but it could have easily been done the same day. (Insurance purposes they said). I was also provided with an electric toothbrush, but since I already had one I took it back and asked them to refund the $140 I was charged for it. I was told on two different occasions it was being processed, however after a month, I have still not been reimbursed. Don't waste your time coming here. They try to over bill the dental insurance by having you come in MULTIPLE times for things you can normally do ANY-WHERE-ELSE in one day. My husband tried booking a regular cleaning here & they tried telling him that they couldn't guarantee that he could get a cleaning in the same day of getting his xrays. Like WHO does that? I literally just had my regular cleaning done at Mint Dentistry in Humble which INCLUDED xrays AND whitening available ALL in one day, and that's exactly where my husb... read more

I go to get two teeth pulled at Conroe because Conroe office said it had to be done by oral surgeon. My experience was like having my teeth pulled at a vet clinic. They probably would have done better. A dentist that just graduated in may kept leaving the room to consult with other dentist. My mouth is so traumatized by her I will never go back there. I have had dental work and never had this experience. Just totally unacceptable. Don't go to Aspen dental.

After receiving costs, thought to be firm, was charged over $100 more just for cleaning. After discussing with office, they said would check and get back to me in 3 days, waited over a week with no reply. Promised they would investigate and needed a week more, waited over another week and still no call. To me it seems they just ignored me. I was never told that the quoted costs was only an estimate, something they need to ensure is communicated to their patients in the future so no one gets unpleasant surprises. Do not get dentures from Aspen dental unless you like having horse teeth all they care about is making money I lose 3200 and had to go somewhere else to get my teeth done I wish I could post some pics to show you what my teeth looked like from Aspen dental you would not believe what they looked like Go to affordable dentures and implants they're great people And they do care
