Dentist was good and so were the rest of the staff. Quick and easy. Office staff Lori is a completely different story. She got very frustrated when I pointed out that I was scheduled incorrectly and I was annoyed because I would have to get numbed again due to the mistake. I asked how much it was going to cost with insurance since they didn't schedule it correctly. Very unhappy with the service, only because we didn't get service! My boyfriend had an appointment today at 11:00... We get there 15 minutes early like we were supposed to, and the doors are locked! I call their customer service and apparently the Dr had an emergency. Which is fine, but why wasn't this communicated to us?? Horrible...
Aspen decided not to do my surgery after I had paid over $2000 and then told me it would be 2 weeks for a refund, this is not acceptable. Rude staff that clearly didn't listen to me on my initial visit.
Incompetency at best is what I experienced. I liked the dentist, but the desk personnel were of no help whatsoever. I have an infection and waited 4 days for them to call in a script which they assured me they would. I STILL have not heard from them. They were to contact me Monday to set an appt (why they couldn't on Friday when I went in? idk) STILL NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME! My front tooth is about to fall out and I cannot get any help... I wouldn't trust them with my dog!!! Dentist was awful and they will scam you saying you need all this work done.

I absolutely do not recommend that anyone goes to aspen dental. They will try anything they can to get money out of you. They tell you that you're getting all of this stuff done and don't even ask you what you want. Then when you try to cancel they tell you that you'll still have to pay the whole $938 bill.
