Sorry...bad review. I used to use Aspen as my Dental Office for a few years. I had never had a problem until this past week. I was overdue for a cleaning as I had been ill and made an appointment finally. New digs look nice, by the way. First of all I had to pay up front for the copay on my cleaning...never had done that before. A young woman who turned out to be the hygienist, escorted me to the room. She had me sit down and then laid me down flat...I asked her if she could please raise me up as I cannot lay flat. She raise... read more

I went to aspen dental a few days ago. the people were very nice and courteous. my teeth are so bad that all they could do were to offer upper and lower dentures. I would have to have all my remaining teeth pulled and the dentures made for me. i'm not looking forward to this and right now at a little over $5000, it's way over my budget including my insurance. i'll need to hit the lottery.lol Betty

The office manager, Lisa, has always given me a hard time, stating that they will not "do a disservice" by skipping the services for products I refuse. The two hygienist that I have seen in the past have agreed with me that the "services" recommended should not cause me to have pain for two to three days after due to sensitivities to the chemicals they had used on me the first two times I went there. The hygienists both agreed that I should skip the chemical rinse and both told me that my mouth is much healthier than when I ... read more

I am very displeased at their customer services. the customer rep says one thing on the phone and when you get there for you appointment it's a different thing. I left work early for my appointment just to hear the customer service rep tell me it's too late it's 4:10 and your appt is at 4:00 meanwhile I had reschedule for 4:15. Then she said she left a voicemail. no voicemail was left, so I told her no, voicemail was left, she said well I left a voicemail. so annoying. never will go back there again.

The process could be cut a bit shorter. I entered the office for an 8:00 a.m. appointment and left at 9:30. Now this would be fine if they were constantly working on you in particular. But my experience was as follows: I first had to fill out paperwork which took 10 minutes. I had just been there 6 months prior with no changes to my medicine or health. Then waited 15 minutes to be X-Rayed. X-ray completed then waited about 15 minutes for the Doctor. Then after the Doctor looked at my teeth, I waited an additional 20 minutes ... read more

I just recently moved to area & set up an appointment online. They saw me promptly & were helpful in figuring out my options. I had horrible pains from a tooth that needed to be removed & they gave me great consultation before figuring out which way I wanted to go with correcting the toothache.
