Worst place ever!!! Just tries to sell you on useless unnecessary things, doesn’t actually do anything for a problem you actually have. They want to do a special deep cleaning on everyone that you don’t need and your insurance doesn’t cover all of it. They make you pay ahead of time to book the appt and then refuse to refund you when you cancel the appointment! Have you sign up for a credit line with them and overcharge you whenever they feel like it! RUN RUN this place is horrible!!!!!!!
We are relatively new to the area, and have been unable to establish ourselves with a new dentist. My husband has had an infected tooth for a week…..walked into the Aspen office in Gloucester when the problem first started, and was told they didn’t have a dentist. They suggested trying another office. We called and got an appt. at the Newport News office, for 5 days later……25 miles away.
