Very unhappy with this practice. Just wanted a clean but realise you have to go through the process when booking in with a new dental surgery. The lady booking me in told me the wrong date, so I turned up for my appt and was told it was the following week. Then when I arrived the following week, the receptionist didn’t acknowledge me for 10 mins. Then I waited 57 mins to go be called in. My first appointment was 05.11.21 and when the appointment was made it was made specifically for a cleaning. The appointment was for 3pm & I was told to come about 30 minutes early to do paperwork. I got there at 2:40, 5 or 6 people came in after me, 3 were taken back before I was even given the paperwork to start and then the rest were taken back. It was after 4 pm before I was taken back. This is a horrible place. Save your money and go to a real dentist. They are so unprofessional and will nickel and dime you about everything. I’ve never seen such a disorganized, dishonest place in my life!
they were going to overcharge my elderly mother , they told her one price for dentures , the next time I took her back , they told her it would be an other thousand dollars , and hurried up and put her check through while I was waiting for her in the waiting room , she came out very upset , I asked for the check back and they said no , it already went through , We finally got a refund and went somewhere else , less than half the price of you people , and she is very happy .SHAME ON YOU ASPEN DENTAL , TRYING TO OVER CHARGE TH... read more

BOARDMAN OHIO LOCATION IS THE WORST, SPENT2000.00 AND GOT TEETH THAT I CANT USE, STILL WEARING MY OLD BROKEN DENTURES
Wait time was longer... then when they took my daughter back they told her they didn't know if they would have time to do the procedure she was to have done. Then came to me and said something different! Waste of my time and gas and this was a scheduled appointment!! Very unsatisfied!!! Of course their response...sorry..what a joke!
