Wait times are obnoxiously long. I’m sitting here now and they just took my grandmother back 40 minutes after her scheduled appointment. My grandmother had her teeth pulled here at the end of December and still doesn’t have permanent teeth. The temporary teeth were also very ill fitting. Not at all impressed.

Well, I called ahead to inquire about costs. I was infor.ed a basic cleaning was approx. $189.00 (approximately) and that my initial exam was free. Well, after the initial exam, I sat down with the receptionist who informed me that a deep cleaning would cost my insurance company a little over $1000.00 along with a $900 out of pocket co-pay. I told her I could not afford that. She removed a few things: An electrical toothbrush, the recommended rinse mouthwash, some antibiotic cream, and some numbing agent. I would not refer them. I will not return to them. I went for the purpose to have a cap that had come off glued back on I was there two hours. They would not Reglue my cap back on. Told me I needed a new one or pull what’s left of tooth. I did not the dentist attitude. I will move on

I wouldn't recommend aspen dental at all .Excluding the dentist was very nice but I found out real quick that it was all to get your money once they got it they had no more use for u .They won't even return phone calls .They are expensive.and their dentures leave alot to be desired.took a few times to get it right and here I am 6 months later $4000. In debt I got the best they had to offer and THEY BROKE.Best advice don't go here i wish I had read the reviews before I went there alot more has happen to me but its to much to ... read more

Was told by the dentist he couldn't pull my tooth, went to another dentist the next day and had the tooth pulled. After sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours to be told my tooth couldn't come out. Very unpleased.

Or overall experience was good with quick assistance. X-rays and exam went quickly. When it can to us not having insurance they wanted us to do over$4k in fillings. My husband major issue is an extraction and a tooth that needs a deep filling. That was over $500 in work and based on your credit rating he don't get the work done. So we couldn't get on every a payment plan. Now I need work done. And feel it's not going to go well. As I need 4 teeth pulled and dentures. That's over $2k of work done.

Went in for a cavity and was told I had to have 10k worth of work done. Got 3 needed cavities and paid them for the work. My insurance paid them too. I keep getting bills and I refuse to pay them any more. I went to a different dentist and all that dental work I need, including a root canal and a crown? I don't need over 1/2 of what they said. No root canal. No crown. No 8500.00 worth of cavities. No 150.00 tooth brush. That supposed root canal was able to be filled and wasn't even to the nerves like I was told. Aspen is a j... read more

Just went for a consult on denture implants, they insisted on 18 x rays, and the dentist, that came into talk to me had the personality of a wet paper bag.....then they said my bill would be OVER $13,000.00...... that is double what I was quoted yesterday on the phone from a boardman DDS....lol.....I WALKED
