I went into aspen to get a deep cleaning and a sealant . Shoutout to Lexi(dental assistant), Caroline (Hygienist), and Dr.Lee. They made the process go by quick and painless. All the staff are super friendly and kind thank you !

Although this will be a process in order for my experience to be complete, I will share with you my experience so far. From the moment of walking in the receptionist was amazing. She made it so that whatever nervousness I did carry into the place was pretty much overcome by her sincerity and knowledge of what would be taking place. I can't thank Aspen Dental enough for the incredible care they provided for my daughter during her dental surgery especially (Penny). From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and reassuring. They explained every step of the process clearly, which helped ease both my daughters and my own nerves. Had my first appt today at Aspen Dental and it was amazing! I wanted something closer to home and was highly please. Penny took me back and she was a delight, felt like I came to a girls hang out instead of my appt. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. I especially enjoyed being able to see my teeth scans on the screen in front of me and follow along while the dentist explained everything to me. This dental experience has countered all of my previous experiences through the years - most of which were disappointing and frequently traumatizing. Dr. White and her team of healthcare professionals provided excellent service. I am truly grateful. I didn't know what to expect as I have avoided the dentist for the past 10 years. Now, finally, the cloud is lifted and I can smile again. Thank you

I had booked an appointment with them about 2 - 3 weeks ago. Only, I am now being told the day prior to my appointment that their hours have changed and can no longer accommodate my scheduled time. They are not as accommodating as they like to advertise. With the time wasted, I could have found a different dental place that would accommodate me and my schedule. Not sure when they decided to change hours, but this has turned me off from EVER being a patient at an ASPEN Dental.
