I love the staff Penny is absolutely amazing she made the both my visits awesome! She got a dental touch and my x-rays were painless and she also very fun and make you feel so comfortable! Marlene! Is very knowledgeable and helpful with insuring getting right to the answers! Dr. Chee is amazing too she is also very knowledgeable and love how’s take her job to heart and helps and is very open about what you need!
My first time at Aspen Dental North 5th location, and I had a great experience. They’re very thorough and educational throughout my whole process. They answered every question I had and their staff are always welcoming and friendly! I’m glad I made the decision of trying this new dental location :) would always recommend!
Came to Aspen Dental to because my filling came off. New to the North. This place is close to me. Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. From the front office staff to the back office and even the dentist. Que, Kanjila, Dr. Chee super friendly made me feel comfortable. It was the end of day already and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Thank you seeing me, all your recommendations, and for your help. I would totally recommend this place.
Q, Penny, and Dr. Chee were amazing. So was Sue the office manager. Great customer service. Didnt feel as though i was pressured to accept services at all and they made sure they eplained every facet of the treatment plan and the reasons for it. They also have options for payment plans which is a plus if you need it.
Penny was excellent as well as the entire staff Dr. Chee they were very informative and made me feel extremely comfortable, gives you confidence and piece of mind to visit the dentist.
