I began going to Aspen Dental in North Las Vegas, NV in 2025. The only positive collie have about this clinic is Dr. Hathaway and Technician Penny. $13,000 later I continue to encounter daily problems with my partials. The teeth move, pop out if my mouth and have caused consistent abrasions on my lower gums. My partials are uncomfortable, they look like FALSE TEETH. I asked if they would accept my insurance and they said yes. Turns out they will accept your insurance even if you're not in network and this place is pretty expensive. Honestly the worst part is I got a filling and my bite changed. My bite didn't feel right and it wasn't painful, but I went in. They said that everything looked fine but drilled the filling down little and told me ti give it some time. If you are looking for a good dentist keep looking Aspen dental on 6780 north 5th ave is clearly not a good dentist. The office has a high turnover of employees, the office is poorly ran. You have to double check or triple check your appointments and it's pricey. You have been warned

I had booked an appointment with them about 2 - 3 weeks ago. Only, I am now being told the day prior to my appointment that their hours have changed and can no longer accommodate my scheduled time. They are not as accommodating as they like to advertise. With the time wasted, I could have found a different dental place that would accommodate me and my schedule. Not sure when they decided to change hours, but this has turned me off from EVER being a patient at an ASPEN Dental.
