My experience that day was not good at all. I felt as though I was in a drive through and cast aside. The experience was not at all positive. I was manhandled during the X-ray and I honestly wanted to leave. While I was filling out the paperwork I felt pushed to finish. The Doctor was abrupt because all they wanted to do was get out of there. I was quoted a price which seemed reasonable then it went up by $12,000.00. I am not going back for sure.

Absolutely terrible experience, the only positive thing I would have to say is the people at the front desk are very nice. The dentist is incredibly rude and unhelpful . Went in to get teeth pulled and basically got questioned the whole time about why I shouldnt get them pulled but also I couldn't afford to hand them a few thousand dollars up front for a root canal . They also don't take in consideration any health issues you have before coming in, which has alot to do with my review . Then when I called and asked to change ... read more

Had a crown done from aspen, it immediately started falling off. When I called and made an appt they said they had to have done something wrong because a crown shouldn’t come off that easy . They wanted to charge me for the work even though they admitted it had to be there fault. My crown is chipping falling off every day . Worst experience ever and now I have to find a new dentist who can help me and mind you there prices are higher than other dentist offices

My experience was terrible. The doctor told me that I was infected, and my teeth needed to be removed. The hygienist was inexperienced to the point where she couldn't clean my teeth. I went for a second opinion, and found out that aspen lied to me there was no infection at all. I will never go back there again.

I have been telling my whole building and my family that knew how frightened I was @ first because of a horrifying experience I had as a kid and when I attende Aspen Dental for the 1st time they handled my financial issue by getting the bill to where I could handle the payments, they assured me that everyone on staff would help me w/ ANY questions and it's because of their teamwork I can now smile again w/ PRIDE

I was treated very rudely by the dentists who made my partials . Two of the dentists didn't even look in my mouth when I tried to show them where I had pain . I said aren't you going to look before you grind it it down . I was told I saw it and I said don't you even have a mirror to look at it . He said yes , then hurried to open the mirror to look . False advertising. I was told that they accepted my insurance when they didn't and then gave me a quote of $19,500.00 for treatment! Don't think so!!!!
