Overall it was a good experience except when the woman asked to run my credit I was hesitant and she assured me it was a soft inquiry so I allowed because she said it wouldn't effect my credit now my credit went down four points which is a lot I've been paying everything off for two years and that kind of pissed me off a lot ... So just so you know it's a hard inquiry not soft so don't allow them to run your credit if you don't want it knocked lower
My visit with Aspen Dental was a positive experience. Staff as well as Doctors were courtous and informative. Despite the fact that I waited 1 hour to be seen, I still feel that I would like to continue to be treated by their facility. I look forward to having the work needed on my teeth to be done by Aspen Dental.
I rated them one star because of the lack of a zero star option, you suck aspen dental, how about do business fairly and stop screwing people!!
Beware!! Rude service. Snobby staff. Force you to get continuous deep cleanings when its unhealthy and all you need is a regular cleaning so they can rape your insurance company. Do not fall for it! At least do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before letting them take your mouth and insurance for a ride.
dental services great! as far as staffing for customer service--- horrible, told multiple different thing by each front desk person, also rude on the phone. Customer service is everything, myself and my family will be finding a new dentist, such a shame after ALL the work we have done there this past year!
The hygienist is wonderful, the "billing manager" has way too much on her plate and could use some people skills as in patience explaining the billing and she should also tone down her attitude towards customers
