RecommendedThis was first time at the Ocoee location and ever using Aspen Dental. From the moment I stepped through the door to the moment I left, ALL THE STAFF made me feel like I was an old friend that they were ready to help. The dentist and hygenist and I'd say 99.9% of the staff look old enough to be my children (LOL). The up to date technology is amazing. I highly recommend this location and its staff.
At this location All the staff were superb. Hygienist George was so good at explaining everything and made the visit great . I think I’ve found a team , I can work with . Thanks!

I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental not only because they have state of the art equipment or the fact that their staff and Dr’s are highly qualified but because they make a patient feel at ease and feel comfortable with their situation no matter the circumstance. That feeling of comfort and knowing you are getting treated with respect and courtesy is priceless. I actually left my initial visit feeling more confident then when I arrived and I haven’t even started the procedure yet and feel great.
absolutely awful, I went in thinking I was gonna have my problems taken care of. Only to be met with high costs, hygienists and a dr who made me feel insecure about my smile. Only saw me as a customer rather than a patient who needed things taken care of. There had been an issue at first with the insurance card and no one took care of me until the receptionist got it figured out. it was a waste of time, and their initial plan to fix what was needed was way more than what it costs to get wisdom teeth pulled. Went there today. My husband was was on the phone forever making my appointment. He explained in depth why I was making the appointment. When I got there and they finally took me back I had an X-ray. Once again I was asked why I was there. It was then told to me that the DR I needed to see only comes in twice a month. Total waste of time. Oh.. I might add. I had my teeth removed at this office almost 2 years ago. First of all, I wasn't happy that they removed 20+ teeth with just Novocaine. Also, when they did the impressions, my tongue was "in the way", so, my bottom teeth have never fit properly. Now, I live in Michigan, so this place can't even fix the problems. Oh, I also still have a fragment of a tooth that is sticking through my gum.
They try and sell you more than what is needed. They also will refuse service even if the patient doesn't follow their recommendations.
Never been so disappointed with the dentist in my life I hate going to the dentist first of all and I make myself go I walked out of there not even knowing what the next step was all they did was x-ray my teeth tell me what needed to be done I’ve got some broken teeth and some teeth that need to be taken out with possible partial dentures whatever I walked out of there thinking I have to pay $5600 before even walk out the door before they’ll even do the next step I have no idea how they run a business like this you don’t giv... read more
