The managers Bre and Toni are the most biased, unprofessional, and negative people to work for. I was the office manager assistant and was never treated as so by these two . They also treat the dental hygienists and dental assistants like the trash they really are. I would definitely not recommend working at this location. The Aspen in Denison is awesome and I loved training there .
They try to bill you for extra after you paid for everything in full and then threaten to turn it in to collections unless you fork over some of the "remaining balance". !! After you were told when you got a bill MONTHS ago that it was an error in their system and that everything was paid for!! 😡🤬🤬
Please tell me your employees are following HIPAA privacy rules. Some names are marked out but not enough to jot at least guess who is a patient there and what their getting down.
Aspen Dental is a scam business. When we spoke with them on the phone they told us one thing and when we got into the office it was another completely. Appointment times mean nothing to them. Costs for work was triple from what we were quoted over the phone when we called from their FaceBook Ad. SCAM SCAM SCAM.....
They don’t keep their appointment times- their add on Radio and Tv are not true. My husbands cost was double what he figured out from their advertising.
Without mentioning names, one should remember that when a dental office assures you that the procedure “is fully covered be your insurance”, that may not be completely true. Some charges are so excessive that no insurance company would ever pay them, but you may have to. I will be paying for years because I was trusting
Just Horrible!!! WORD OF ADVICE TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER FAIRLY!!!! I was a patient here and had a bridge made. They called me in for a fitting to see how it fit and when the dental assistant was make ajustments to the bridge, she dropped it and it broke. They told me they would need to take new pod casts so they could make another one. Now they are charging me $399 for their mistake and refusing to treat me until it's paid. Would Definitely recommend Aspen Dental For all Dental Work! My Furbaby got a hold of my Bottom set of Dentures. Called Aspen Dental in Odessa TX. They were able to get me in pretty quick, took the bottom set of my Dentures to them and 3 hrs later I had my Dentures Back!
