DO NOT USE THEM. They do a poor job of fillings & crowns. They also try to charge for not going back in a timeframe for work ($690)!!!!! They’ve a made me take off of work several times because the crown they put on cracked each time (OVER 4 TIMES!!!)!! Like we don’t already pay enough as it is. I will have to go to another dentist to get a filling fixed because it’s not in correctly!! You ask for management and they don’t have a number for them. This is after months of requesting help!! my intelligence was insulted. $4,000 to pull a tooth and for upper dentures is beyond ridiculous. very nice people but beyond belief prices.

I am having a lot of trouble with all-the front staff was awesome but to wait for my permanent partial over 6 months is totally ridiculous-Dr. Shingala is too busy and was rude the last time I went in-have to go back this week because the permanent partial does not fit-and the dental hygienist kept trying to sell me the Aspen Dental products while I was getting my teeth cleaned-not going to recommend anyone go here. Was not a pleasant experience. The dentist and his team were excellent but the front staff dropped the ball. Would not return calls and always an excuse when you would call. Was supposed to get in to have a painful tooth pulled and they couldn't figure out how to bill insurance and to this day still haven't. I was able to verify I had benefits and get a full print out with my insurance within 30 minutes but they couldn't figure it out. They try to sell extra stuff and try to get you to sign off on everything at once instead of one at a time. Kind of rough and you have to ask for pain medication. Root canals usually require pain meds!
Took my Mom in the Spring of 2016 for consult for dentures Got approved for financing etc Due to health issues we postponed Decided to go elsewhere for dentures after constant phone calls to return & aggressive employees Well now we have received numerous bills from their finance company Have contacted them several times & they apologize & say they will contact finance company since we have a zero balance!! Nothing has been done!! This a shady business & bad csr! Stay away!
