RecommendedConvenient hours. Friendly staff. The hygienist at the O'Fallon IL office is one of the best I've encountered. Any hiccups in service were dealt with promptly and professionally by the office manager. They are very firm with their confirmation system and will delete your appts if you do not confirm on their terms. Watch your "goodie bags!" I was "given" a $135 Electric tooth brush. They do good work. However, you’ll pay a hefty price. My appointment was at 12 noon and I was called back at 12:15 and didn’t get seen by the Doctor until 1250. How, their friendly and professional.

The staff was very friendly and polite. From check in with Jairen at the front desk. Amber Brennan the dentist assistant was phenomenal it’s like I’ve known her for awhile she has a great patient connection and great customer service . Dr Romo was very pleasant and nice and let’s not forget the manager Ashton top tier great customer service from her. Being new to the area, I was super impressed by the staff from the moment I walked thru the door! Amber B. and Kahlyn S. were extremely knowledgeable, personable and attentive. I had the best experience ever in a dental office. Same day visit for a crown replacement. Their prices are a little better than other offices I contacted and the staff are all so kind and polite. I went home and recommended this office to a friend. I will definitely continue being seen here
