I scheduled my dental cleaning 6 months ago and even got a text and email reminder yesterday about my appointment today at 7 pm. I showed up, doors were locked, and this sign was on the door. Drove 30 minutes to this appt, moved my work schedule around, and had to find a sitter for my daughter to show up to locked doors. This is absolutely ridiculous that a business operates this way. Was told even though I'm in pain from my last appointment, pain that they caused, they would not see me unless I paid the balance on my account. I will be looking for another dentist.

Was denied services and treated with complete disrespect by the office “manager” today. Had an appointment scheduled Saturday and showed up to find nobody there and locked doors. When I went in as a walk-in today after work I was told that the doors were locked at 2:15 which was a lie because I was there lol. “Manager” advised that walk-ins were not welcomed even though it clearly states on their website that they are. Went in for broken tooth and they wanted over 2,000 dollars to start on a crown. Then I said pull it and they said 330.00. I just walked out the door. This is crazy they put you through the X-rays then try to corner you in a office to discuss payment before they fix anything in your mouth. That shows me they don't care your in pain. All they want is money that is three times higher than anywhere else. Should of read the reviews. SMH

I had dental work done starting in January 2022 thru March had several appointments paid $8600 in cash, Saturday May 9, 2022 a filling fell out. Called office was told no type of warranty, would have to pay again to get tooth fixed. Filling should not have came out so quickly, do not stand behind their work, was not offered any solution except to pay for visit and new filling, poor customer service.

The care was wonderful! The billing a mess. I'm still trying to get my account fixed from October 2021, records don't reflect what I paid, they trying to show them giving me a credit for my own money. It's time for BBB.

Quite a bit ! The doctor was nice and no complaints there.The Hygienist was fine no complaints there. But that receptionist is a doozy ..the way she speaks to people in the office on the phone not just to me but to others also! Let me describe her young 23 yr old my guess.Black /African American girl petite in size. Very Ill mannered ,discourteous ,abrupt unpleasant ,disagreeable,inconsolable with a very nasty personality I will never go there again! She needs to be Reprimanded And chastised !

Worst experience ever. Don’t even think about calling the emergency line even when you’re in high levels of pain because they will never call you back:)
