The staff is very friendly and Mckaylia(?) really knows her stuff when it comes to billing and finance. The docs are so patient and personable!!
I was a little hesitant about going to Aspen Dental. I had heard some negative stuff and wondered what my experience as a new patient would be like. Overall, I thought that the staff was pleasant and nice. My only 2 concerns: 1. The first thing that was done was x-rays. It would've been nice if someone had explained to me what to expect before taken back. 2. The dentist was very quick in listing what all needed to be done to my teeth. I was seen by the dental surgeon Dr. Tin. He was absolutely amazing!!!! I had to have a semi-painful procedure done and I literally have NO pain and it has only been 24 hours!!!!! I am 100% happy with my service and would recommend him to anyone!!!! Thank you so much Dr Tin and your assistant who was also amazing!!!!

Great people, same day service and very professional!
My husband and I both felt very comfortable and felt treated like humans, my husband had a horrible experience with his past dentist and he was not worried with this office. Mckalea is amazing to go over finances with us as well, we truly believe it's nice to go somewhere and have a financial budget in place instead of playing the guessing game every time. Thank you all for being nice and patient with this pregnant woman.
