Fantastic visit. Son needed extraction w an infected tooth. Staff was wonderful! Dr. Anand is amazing. Great work and super bedside manner. Deanna Butler was so helpful and knowledgeable. Kristin from Horseheads is a keeper. Shannon is great too! Cannot say enough about staff. Happy to have a great new office to take care of our family!

Horrible service that resulted in undue pain and a pulled tooth. They must work by commission as well. I visited and the dentist reviewed my x-ray and my teeth and came up with hundreds of dollars worth of work that was needed and then they showed me to their credit department. Based on the dentist’s recommendation I made an appointment to have root canal, in a specialized dentists office. Dentist very dismissive during exam and tech did not explain well the procedure while taking xrays, (Tech was nice but did not say anything why I needed like 25 of them compared to the normal 4-5). Later it was answered because I asked that they were a more thorough, total xray which is good, but tell me that. I was there for metal filling removal which a lot of ppl and drs recommend but dentist disagreed. Getting good dental care at a chain operation like Aspen is like expecting healthy menu options at McDonalds. Not gonna happen. From the front desk to the "dentists," this place is a joke. Avoid at all costs.
