You know how people say, "Run, don't walk" to a great business? Well, I'm telling you the exact opposite run, don't walk AWAY from this place. I came in with dental insurance and a chipped tooth that needed a simple bonding. I clearly told them what I was there for. Of course, they started with a full X-ray and first-time exam (standard stuff), but then things got weird. This dentist office is extremely unprofessional and so uncalled for. I went in on February 10th to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Everything was fine process went perfect. After leaving the office to pick up my pain medication, my pharmacy said they never received and prescription. So i decided to go home sleep off my anesthesia and go back to see if they finnaly got it. what is the point of an appointment when you wait 45 minutes to be seen? i have come had my tooth fixed because it chipped and i am back 4 months later with half of my front tooth gone and chipped.

Don't waste your time, go elsewhere. Poor management. Poor communication, expensive costs, and a system that's constantly "down." I have been unable to get any information or book any next steps since my appointment in May. Initially their system were down and they advised they call me to confirm next steps. Since then I've called several times, visited the office (the office manager was out and I was told he was the only one who could assist). Pros: lots of availability. Cons: I can now see why... Despite the fact that I asked for a general check-up/cleaning on the phone, when I got there, I was told I couldn't get a cleaning yet because they needed to decide "what level" of cleaning I needed. Never in my life have I heard of anything like that. This dental office is a chain with a corporate call center. The call center does the scheduling but does not present reliable appointment times or services. My 10am teeth cleaning ended up being an 11am x-ray only visit. Additionally their system was down due to a recent security breach per my insurance provider. As friendly as the staff was, I will not be going back to complete my cleaning. Do not recommend.

Do.not.go.here! I have never had such a horrible office experience. Every issue I have had, I have brought up with them, tried to call to resolve the situation. I have been asked if they can call me back several times, and they never do! Always running late, careless with patient's time... My first visit here was as a new patient, for x-rays and cleaning. Ana Hernandez Munoz, DMD Is the worst dentist I have ever had! Do not go to this office. She is never in the office to help you. They canceled my appointment without calling me. I was in extreme pain because they canceled my appointment and refused to write me a prescription. I prepaid for my procedure and because "their system is down" (the excuse they have used for the last month) they can't give me a refund. This place is a joke!!! Do not go here!

If you're dealing with complicated insurance, don't expect any call backs or assistance from this office. Have been working on getting care for my daughter for the last 10 months, and there is no communication unless you continue to call back, and happen to catch someone. Will be removing our entire family from their patient list.
