I have had good experiences with the Colonial office. Super easy to make an appointment because they usually have very soon available times or Saturdays. They may try to encourage extra services (like Invisalign). Their dentistry services are professional and effective.

I use the Aspen Dental on N. Alafaya. I love it there. I have no problems with appointments or waiting. I am always seen on time with the exception of when they had 2 new patients that were having anxieties about being at a dentist office. The staff is very friendly, efficient and professional. I especially enjoyed having Alex taking care of me. He explained what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable (I used to be one who hated the dentist). I went for my annual check up (which i thought included cleaning) and it felt pretty rushed. the office is super nice and the technology is definitely advanced but thats why they try to charge you for random stuff. The doctor briefly explained what needed to be done for my teeth which was very general, she stated cleaning, 2 crowns, fillings, and wisdom teeth extraction. i have an HMO plan so i am able to view my exact copays for each procedure. I went in one day with a toothache and found out I needed an entire mouthful of restorative work. Newly constructed building centrally located on Colonial. The efficient office staff handled every aspect of my treatment, including billing and referrals. Dr. Hernandez is, as she is fond of saying, "perfect." I will a patient for life and send all my friends here.

Front desk was (loudly) reading my Social Security number to the insurance company over the phone with a room full of people in the lobby. When I objected, an employee came out beating his chest saying I was verbally abusing one of their employees and that they were cancelling my oral surgery. A few clients walked out behind me. I went to another dentist who willing to do the surgery last minute under the circumstances.
