my mom paid $2,000 dollars for a new set of dentures and was patiently waiting for them for about 2 weeks now and she still never heard anything. The place closed and never bothered to text or even leave a voicemail to her that the place is temporarily closed and just update her on what will happen with her new dentures that she's been waiting for. THE DENTIST OFFICE OF NIGHTMARES: Background: I called Aspen Dental in Overland Park early last November to address 3 possible cavities. The meeting was scheduled for Friday, November 22, 2024 at 12:15 PM. I left from Lawrence to drive to the Dental office however I was stuck in traffic and was going to be a few minutes late. Had an appointment rescheduled after being cancelled on day of. I arrived at an appointment at 4:45 for a simple teeth cleaning. Appointment was supposed to be at 5PM. Did not get taken back until 5:45 PM. I had multiple rounds of Xrays taken, and was sat in a chair and told that someone would be in for the teeth cleaning shortly.
