Well here I go. Hopefully I will not make this to lengthy. When I was a young child I had a very bad experience with a dentist. When that ordeal was over I thought no way ever going back to a dentist for cleaning or anything else. When I went into the military I had no choice but to let them work on my teeth. Horrible!!! I had my appointment scheduled and somehow they magically cancelled it last minute. I was sent an automated email and asked to reschedule. When I called the Overland Park location, no one answered. Reached out to Aspen dental customer service and they were confused as to why my appointment was cancelled. I was told my appointment was not cancelled at all. After some digging, I was informed that my appointment was in fact cancelled. If I could leave a 0 star review I would, on 11/16/24, I tried Aspen Dental, they changed me $700 for what they called a deep tooth cleaning and X-ray, it was the same tooth cleaning I receive from my dentist, today I received a bill for another $98 for the same cleaning, ask a lot of questions about their billing practices before going there, I felt ripped off with the original $700 charge

I wish I would have checked the reviews first! I had my first appointment scheduled for this morning at 9:30am, I walked in and they had a lobby full of people who did not look happy. I was told that they were running behind and it would be at least 2 hours before I could get in. 2 HOURS! I immediately cancelled the appointment and walked out. Good job Aspen because you just lost a good customer...

spent 3 months not being able to chew solid food because they could not figure out how to take dental impressions

Where to start? I wish I could give this place NO STARS! Had my 1st appointment for a tooth extraction January 2024 and then it went downhill from there. I was told I needed an implant because my teeth would move around if I didn't. I was told it would cost me $3500 for the extraction and implant. I took out a loan thru their loan provider, but the office lady put the wrong loan amount in and told the place I needed $4500. So, I had to pay all $4500 to the loan company. my mom paid $2,000 dollars for a new set of dentures and was patiently waiting for them for about 2 weeks now and she still never heard anything. The place closed and never bothered to text or even leave a voicemail to her that the place is temporarily closed and just update her on what will happen with her new dentures that she's been waiting for. You take your chances going to this location. Obviously they are understaffed but are happy to take your money and cancel appointments

THE DENTIST OFFICE OF NIGHTMARES: Background: I called Aspen Dental in Overland Park early last November to address 3 possible cavities. The meeting was scheduled for Friday, November 22, 2024 at 12:15 PM. I left from Lawrence to drive to the Dental office however I was stuck in traffic and was going to be a few minutes late.
