Had an appointment rescheduled after being cancelled on day of. I arrived at an appointment at 4:45 for a simple teeth cleaning. Appointment was supposed to be at 5PM. Did not get taken back until 5:45 PM. I had multiple rounds of Xrays taken, and was sat in a chair and told that someone would be in for the teeth cleaning shortly. After almost 45 minutes, and being assured multiple times it'd be "just a second more," I was told at 7:05 PM that they were closing and would not have my teeth cleaned.
