Facility is very nice and updated, and the staff is quite friendly. I did, however, take issue with the fact that they pushed more services and products on me than I needed or could afford. I only needed my wisdoms taken out and they tried to charge me $3000 for all these bells and whistles like a toothbrush and fillings. I did also like the free exam and x rays for new patients.
Every one at Aspen Dental was very helpful and nice.
no call back for appointments as promised. no concerns for patient's comfort afterward...will never go back

was lied to by what was apparently corporate, then was called by not so nice billing person. got there and only positive was x ray person (Katie) then dentist basically said I need 6k worth of work to be done. All I needed was a filling as far as I knew. now getting tooth pulled. nothing more, was not offered financing or other options besides paying in cash. in extreme pain and no one to help. very painful tooth to be pulled in 4 days..ughhh
