horrible horrible place! I went in for their "emergency services " due to being in so much pain. the dentist told me I had 2 active infections causing pain and they could pull the 2 teeth, $1400. that's insane! I told them I didnt have that kind of money just laying around and they told me to come back when I could pay. no antibiotics given. I later called to see if I could please get an antibiotic for the infections and they flat out told me nope. never will I ever reccomend this place.
Never again would I go in there! People may be nice BUT. That doesn’t mean they do good work. One of the teeth they fixed has already chipped. They left fillings rough, sharp even. 👎 nope never again
it started out great everyone , was friendly. I paid $2600. up front...( mistake) before the bridge was put in.... did a great job.... but then when I flossed 24 hrs later I noticed one of the crown was loose. so I went back . it was a little bit , but I was worried about decay, the Dr. told me to wait a week, which I couldn't figure out why. Made an appointment online. When you do that it asked why you are coming in and if you have insurance. The day before my appointment somebody called me wanting all this info again. I cancelled the appointment. If they can't even bother to read why I'm coming in then how are they even going to fix things!
Most awful and dishonest experience ever for my 17 yr old son!!! Took $188 and did not even do a freakin cleaning! Thought is was free exam/xrays for first time customers...read the fine print, they have to be 21 at least!! Went to MAIN STREET DENTAL afterwards for a second opinion and wha la FREE EXAM/XRAYS FOR ALL AGES!! $13,000 quote from Aspen .... $5500 quote from MAIN STREET! Aspen Dental is a crooked operation that takes advantage of people with no insurance!! Disgusted, Merry F'n Xmas from Aspen!
