Great customer service, helpful and professional.
I am very surprised about the negative reviews on this site. Maybe it is Aspen Dental as a group but the one in Oxford is awesome! The staff is all very friendly and efficient and I loved Dr. Gillespie. I have had a lot of dental work in my lifetime and I have never been to one that didn't give me pain in one form or another until now! Or maybe the staff seemed to have an attitude. I absolutely will refer everyone to this office and definitely will be going back myself for all of my future dental issues!

Awesome dentist as well as friendly assistants. Very caring
Very friendly staff and fast as well. Will let you know of upcoming problems bubble fish just exactly what is causing you pain at that moment to make sure you're no longer in pain. Of course if you have the finances to do it all at once they'll do it all at once.

I'm also very surprised by all those negative reviews but I suppose when a business has a great amount of customers there will be some that feel they received less courtesy than they expected. I really enjoyed my visits to Aspen Dental so far, I'm having a great deal of work done which is not cheap even with my insurance. I love Mrs. JJ their dental hygienist, she is very knowledgeable and funny ! Yes, the toothbrush costs$135 but if you ever bought a similar product at Walmart you know that those brushes are that expensive ... read more
Very pleased with everyone there! Everyone was so nice to me. I tende up when going to dentist butt they made it where I was relaxed. My dentist is a Alabama fan which is a plus lol. I would recommend Aspen to everyone.
