Never had a cavity in my life. Changed insurance when Apen was provider and decided to try them. Told me I had to had a deep cleaning that was over $300 my part, before they would do a regular cleaning that my GEHA insurance covered 100%. Absolutely ripoff artists. DO NOT Go.

Yesterday 9/14/23 I tried to make an appointment with the receptionist or whoever the girl was sitting at the front desk , while I was waiting on my husband and I was told “ we do not make appointments here, you have to call or go online to schedule an appointment” 🤔 Thinking to myself “ Do they pay this girl to sit here so the chair isn’t empty” I remained silent and went online to make an appointment. Bought full set from them for husband had them only a week and a tooth feel out two weeks later another feel out! And several more since then along with plate breaking I half while eating a biscuit! Cheaply made! The staff especially the “office manager “ Sara is the rudest people you will ever encounter they do not greet people they do t even acknowledge you when you stand at the front counter you speak to them to make them acknowledge you and they still set on their asses! This place right here is a JOKE I lost my temporary partial in a house fire Monday I called to see about my permanent partial that is ready and I understand. I have to have two feelings also but they would not let me just go ahead and get my permanent partial even though I lost my other teeth in a house fire. They were so inconsiderate of that. let a person know they are taking out a loan and that the office really can't help them. and when they tell a team member of aspen dental that your not Satisfied with your dentures to let them management know. What's good about your guarantee . So it's all a lie.
