I still say they getting cheated their a 10 all the way and i have not found a dentist I accually love not even like in almost 55 yrs

I have always dreaded going to the dentist and have for many many years. But I broke my tooth so I had to go get it seen ASAP. I was extremely nervous to the point I was shaking.My nurse lady with the big pink flower I think Angelikka with a welcoming smile came and got me from the waiting area and introduced herself. They talked me into getting aligners because my teeth were bumping into each other and chipping. In the process of getting their Motto aligners, they literally forgot to send my scans off TWICE while I sat in the same trays for over two months. Due to this they said that if I needed revisions again they wouldn’t charge me. The assistant dentist is the most rude a** hole I’ve ever met. Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. Aspen Dental SUCKS! They are the absolute worst. I’ve had the worst experience here with them and I certainly didn’t have that issue in Yulee, Fl. They refused to clean my teeth because I asked questions and because a service they “recommended” I refused and then they said it was mandatory or they wouldn’t clean my teeth. So so angry, I’m writing corporate everyday until they get tired of me.

I was told that if I needed my X-rays for any reason call and they would provide them. I called. Was told to pick them up today. Got there and it was just excuses. This was down. That’s in an old system. Blah. Blah. Blah. I don’t recommend any type of dentist that is a pop up.

not this location. e 23rd street panama city fl. they don't answer their phone and don't honor appointment dates and times.randomly closes office without even a closed sign on the front door.

I will adjust this rating when someone finally contacts me, it has now been 2 days with no reply to messages left online & via voicemail: Paid $10,000 for bad, rushed service. They are unreachable by phone (attendants turn off phones all day because they are busy they said), rush you out forgetting vital things that were mentioned as part of treatment, not good for people with dental fear like me.
