I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.THESE PEOPLE ARE BIG TIME SCAMMERS AND THE PRICE KEEPS CHANGING EVERY TIME I HAD DENTAL WORK DONE WHICH WAS HORRIBLE THE PARTIAL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A FIXED THEN THEY CLAIMED THEY DID NOT SAY OR DISCUSSED THAT WITH ME .WELL BY THIS TIME THEY HAVE ALREADY CHARGED MY INSURANCE ALL THEY COULD THEN I SAW THEIR FINANCIAL SPECIALIST WHO TOLD ME I STILL OWED 2300.00 OUT OF POCKET WHICH I PAID NOW THIS DAMN PARTIAL DOES NOT FIT ME IT MAKES MY MOUTH BLEED THE TOOTH THAT I NEEDED IT LOOKS GRAY AND ITS UP IN TH... read more

I needed a tooth extraction and bone graft, and I came to Aspen Dental because its oral surgeon was in-network for my insurances. However, I couldn't get the surgeon to do the work because, according to the office manager, he doesn't do single-tooth extractions. I ended up having one of Aspen Dental's general dentists do the procedures. I was in the chair for 2 1/2 hours. Went there to get a check-up and a cleaning. The dentist and hygenist were fine. Between the check-up and the cleaning, they tried to upsell me on a gum treatment. Told them to clean my teeth and let me know the cost of the gum treatment. Left me in the chair 40 minutes to work me up a price. Then, wanted to talk to me about the gum treatment. Left without cleaning. Stop with the Glengarry Glenn Ross stuff. Check me in, check me out, clean my teeth, and let me go. There'll be no gum treatment from Aspen Dental, let a... read more

Ok so let me say Aspen Dental is a complete joke! We waited over an hour and half was told My 15 years old tooth was broke and needed to be filled. Ok I’m good with that but here’s the catch today’s visit is over $1200 and that doesn’t include the filling we have to come back next week for that and that will be around $2700. So I ask what they want to do for pain their response is NOTHING!! Maybe when the doctor get out of surgery we can see if he will write her scripts for pain but they normally don’t do that. Thank you Richard Moby !! I agree with you stop SCAMMING people!! They caught me when I was really hurting and basically implied that if I didn't agree to the sedation I wasn't going to get my tooth extracted. How much surgery do you need on a tooth with a root canal and a crown?? I was in the dentist chair 15 minutes and was still charged $661.00. The lady that drove me was also very upset! Y'all should maybe monitor Tiffany. To work there she sure talks badley about your business. Said if the hurricane hadn't hit she would be long gone because "aspen is the dollar tree of dentists".

Tiffany was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be using your services for any of our family members because of her attitude. She treated my elderly mother like she was a nuisance. She is in early stages of Alzheimer's and Tiffany treated her like a bad child.
