Although the people were very nice and cordial, I cannot help but feel I was bamboozled. Two hours, x-rays, left in a chair alone for 20 minutes. I just wanted a simple cleaning, but was told $800 was needed. I am very hygienic person when it comes to my teeth. They left me in tears telling me everything that was wrong and how much it was going to cost. I am getting a second opinion because I believe they are scammers!

The staff was great and stuff but the prices was to ridiculous if you dont have Insurance I recommen you not to go there you’ll be very upset about the prices!
I could not have had a worse experience if I actually tried. From the dentist missing the cavity (and not filling it) when I went in to have the cavity filled, to the dental hygienist scraping my teeth so hard they hurt for two weeks, to the office worker trying to embarrass me in front of other people, to a failure on behalf of the office manager which resulted in me almost being sent to collections (because she continually failed to remove the remainder of the bill due to the issues I had in their office after I called to ... read more
They were very professional true enough, but had to go through to many people before I was actually seen, and the prices was outrages in my opinion, but I want be going back, because they wasn't any help to me, but that's just my opinion about my first time visit.

This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DENTAL PRACTICE that I've ever visited. It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment through their IGNORANT CALL CENTER! No one bothered to tell me that I would need to have a consultation first BEFORE they could service me. Now, I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE, BUT IF I WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT, THEN I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE SERVICE! I AM SO UPSET!! �������� I had an appointment this morning for 8am and I got out of my bed in the freezing damn cold and they were closed!! I never got a message or anything telling me that they would reschedule until I called the regional office and they then sent out a message once I got home saying “they will close early today” no. Maybe they should of reworded that and said not open at all! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.. i wouldn’t recommend them to anybody !! Disgusting! Plus, it was an old couple there also waiting. ��������
