The billing system is a joke. After paying over $1200 upfront, I keep getting a bill every month for $900. Every month I call, and they say it is taken care of, and I have no balance. I now am getting phone calls, which means they are about to turn me over to a collection agency. I do not recommend this place at all.

everything, was told in six weeks start to finish i would have dentures. this was in Feb2020,it all sounded good at first, what they said insurance wouldn't cover on just my extractions if i could come up with half cash they would waive the other portion of the balance. so i go in for my impressions, they tell me 250 dollar deposit, no problem gave them750 out of around 1000 bucks. here i am 4 months later with no detures, i ask for my money back and they tell me there is no money to refund... it was applied to a balance th... read more

Do NOT go here. The front office staff is extremely unprofessional and does not return calls or keep you informed as to what procedures will be performed. After two days of unanswered calls and VM, we just canceled and will go else where.

This is the most unprofessional racist place I’ve seen! My husband is getting a tooth pulled and they told me to wait elsewhere. Two weeks ago he was here with his daughter of the same race and she was allowed to stay in the room. The tech got an attitude when she saw me and then left him in the room with sticks in his mouth and no way to spit or anything. She was gone at least 30 minutes. When there for tooth pain all they want to do get you in a plan to get your money not for what you when there for the tooth pain scale 1 to 10 it would give it below 1 . bait and switch company. don't listen you want you want but want they you have.

My Dad RCC has two tooth extraction and lower denture replaced it was a well organize and easy procedure in 45-50 min after anesthesia.

ASPEN DENTAL IS AWFUL...MY HUSBAND WAS SCHEDULED FOR EXTRACTIONS TODAY...I PAID THE MONEY IN ADVANCE AND HE WAS NOT ON THE SCHEDULE AND IN PAIN...BEEN TAKING ANTIBIOTICS PRESCRIBED FOR A WEEK...THANKS TO DR. ALVIN FELTS JR...HE TOOK OUR INSURANCE AND GOT MY HUSBAND TAKEN CARE OF AS A WALK IN PATIENT...I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE TO A DOG!!! update : 8/23/18. So its obvious there isnt a boss for Pascagoula offics of Aspen Dental. Because, today is Friday and no one has called. Unless Mallory lied about contacting her. No there's not a line to contact to make complaints. because, Mallory said that. Called the number that i had on some paperwork. Guess what it sends you back to thr office mgr. Mallory. The front office, dental assistants, and closing clerk were exceptional. However the dentist came in looked around my mouth really quickly told me I needed several root canals and said he understood why I was in pain, while all the time referring to my right side, but the pain was on my left side. Asked for some medication for the pain after he quickly left the room and was advised that he had left already. He was in and out so fast I didn't get a chance to his name.
