Dentistry and customer service has been horrible experience. This morning they no showed for a 7:00 a.m. appointment. Their phones were not on. The front staff taunted me yesterday while I was calling in pain, for a problem after they referred to only one place for root canal that was completed. I was repeatedly called ‘honey’ by a second office staff after the office manager had to pass the call after getting frustrated. RecommendedGoing to the dentist always makes me nervous and shaky but when going to get what I needed done Ashton made it not so bad, she was very friendly and explained everything well. Also was gentle with my teeth/gums.
The staff is friendly , that’s not my problem. I needed several teeth extracted and was told I needed a partial plate upper and lower otherwise my remaining natural teeth would wear down. I had my teeth extracted from an oral surgeon in Bloomington because there isn’t one there. They put in my healing partials right after surgery, the next day had to go to Peru to rinse and adjustments. they are very freindly people.they showed real concern about theirs patients.i was very nervous about going but they said i made the right choice .so im glad i finally went to get things done.thank you aspen dental
DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!! Went In for a check up and cleaning. Was told I had two small cavities, so I schedule an appointment to fix them. After fixing two small cavities I was in so much pain that I couldn’t eat anything. Went back the next day to figure out what was wrong. I was told that I had an infection in my root and needed a root canal now. Was never having pain in my teeth before going here.
Very in easy feeling after leaving. Felt like it was nothing but up sell operation. No personal touch/ feeling you get with local / neighborhood dentist. Will not be back. Talked to several other friends who have had the same experience.
I have DMO through Atena dental and that means only certain offices accept my insurance so I came here to Aspen Dental. My first visit they said I had no cavities (lie) and that I needed a root canal and deep cleaning that would cost me around $1500. Remember it’s my first visit. So this lady sits me down and says she is seeing and I quote “if your eligible for a payment plan”. If you are expecting a typical, ho-hum, five star review, you are out of luck. I have been using an upper denture that I got 20 years ago, when my upper teeth were pulled. I never had a lower denture and decided to go into Chicago to the university of Illinois school of dentistry to get a complete set and save some money. I got a set of dentures that I had to install with the shoe horn and a hammer. $800 for bleeding gums and dentures I couldn’t use.
