I was very much pleased with the service and pleasant reactions I received at the Aspen Dental Office in Peru, IL The Dentist and his staff were very knowledgeable and very nice and made me feel comfortable while getting my teeth pulled. I would tell anyone to go to the Aspen Dental Office in Peru, IL in a heart beat. I have been told my dentures that have right now look very real. Thank you Aspen Dental Staff for the best service so far.
I definitely have changed my review of a five stars to 1 star after learning that after spending $1,900 on 4 extractions I now have to spend $1,800 on a deep root clean (if I indeed need it I am going for a second opinion next week so we'll see) and being bullied into this deep root cleaning before you fix the problem which is two minor cavities before they get out of hand!! Dental tool slipped 3 times during the procedure and I actually have a "puncture" on the roof of my mouth from the 3rd time I was jabbed. I finally spoke up after the 3rd slip and was given a "sorry, do you want me to finish". I'm more sore from being jabbed by mistake 3 times than the actual procedure.
I am only giving one star because they dont have a thumbs down option. The absolute WORST. They are all scammers. Will charge you out of the ass for something you dont have. Uneducated. Overly priced. Crooks.
Staff may be nice and friendly but the Doctor's a quack! $5800 estimate to replace a crown?! He didn't listen or care to/about the patient's concerns or what caused the problem. Then he thought that the tooth was missing entirely! WTF were the X-Rays for, you douche?!!! Were you drunk? Even a high quality porcelain crown doesn't cost that much. Was he quoting platinum? Don't come here. Especially if you have State insurance. All they see is $$$$.
Told me my dentures were temporary billed my insurance as if permanent. Charged me over 200.00 to clean two teeth I had left. Never got permanent plates after 18 months left totally messed up.
Total crap and a scam! My husband and I went here a couple yrs ago and they told us we needed all kinds of work done that was going to cost several thousand dollars. After a second opinion we found out that not only are my teeth in almost perfect condition, but so are my husband's. What a crock of bull aspen tried to feed trying to con us out of money. Will NEVER go there again and would certainly NEVER recommend them to anyone.
In all honesty and fairness, I've had a lot of dental work done in my life. Aspen dental though extremely courteous and nice, I was there for over 2 hrs, one full hour just waiting in the back not seeing or hearing from anyone. Also the prices are outrageous, in addition trying to make me get more done than needed
