A Big thank you to Shaela Armour and Tracy. I literally called, Aspen Dental crying from my job because I had a bad tooth ache. Shaela Armour, was the friendly voice that answered the phone when I called. Shaela, was very patient with me once I came to the office. She told me since I was having a hard time talking that I can just write the information she needed down on a sticky note and that really made my heart smile. I really enjoyed every aspect of aspen dentals service ! From the X-ray tech to the dental hygienist the dr ! I enjoyed speaking with the office manager of options and when I left the receptionist gave me a wonderful good bye Mr Nelson which was unexpected but a happy surprise !

Aspen dental in Phenix city , al was amazing ! Front wheel front desk , to the dental service all the way to the office manager , the service was impeccable! I want to give a special shout to the office manager who assisted me during a moment of frustration . As I was trying to figure out my options pertaining to billing, she patiently assisted me with Grace and a smile .
