Tried to sell me over $8000 worth of dental work, said I needed an implant when all I needed was a root canal. They push Care Credit to finance it. Had all my dental work done somewhere else for $1200.

Worst experience ever.. went for tooth pain they tried to sell me braces said I needed a root canal and gum disease and went to better dentist same day they couldn’t find any gum disease or the need for a root canal..aspen dental is rip off they just find made up stuff to charge you

my wife had a tooth extracted on February 12th After experiencing severe pain we return on the 14th dentist told us the only thing they could do was prescribed 800 mg ibuprofen I asked why she was given no antibiotics dr. Sarah said she didn't see a need to give her antibiotics, there wasn't enough infection whatever that means Ibuprofen that they prescribed did no good so I watched my wife suffer in pain through the weekend Monday morning President's Day no dentist for open so we went to Urgent Care where they gave her four... read more

They refuse to see one of my children when he walked in the door two minutes before I did because he drove himself and he was within the 10 minute window and it was 12 minutes when I got there. Just a little bit beyond ridiculous to me when you have a literally one person sitting in your waiting room

The Phenix City location is the worst dental office I have ever visited. My advice, avoid it like the plague.
Worst possible experience for a routine check up ever in my life. I'm 38 and retiring out the army. So I've had plenty of dentist experiences over the years. First off it's a brand new facility. Yet some how when you walk in you get hit with a horrible smell. Once you get past the smell it wssnt to bad until they wanted 18 xrays of my teeth.
