I think it's a real rip off to charge people what they charged me I'm on medical assistance and I have limited income at this moment I do like how they take care of me
When I called, I was told i could get a replacement partial the same day since their lab is "on site". After over an hour's worth of xrays, a gum exam and a lot of waiting, I was told that they DO NOT have a lab on site and that it would take at least two weeks. I stated that this was not what I was told on the phone and my consultant acknowledged that "The Call Center" often gives out misinformation. We decided to go to Aspen Dental for my moms for implanted denture services, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The change in office managers during this time has added to confusion. There is a huge lack of acknowledgement and account of any mistakes of the office. Firstly, I was misled about the final cost of my mother's dentures. The initial estimate provided by the staff did not include the price of the lower denture. Although this is a new location and really nice offices, it has been the worst experience. Staff are so UNPROFESSIONAL! The dental assistance are rude and do not speak professionally when addressing patients. I had an issue with an assistant about addressing me respectfully. I spoke to the doctor and left a message for the office manager and I never received a call. I have had several hang ups when I call. I am requesting my medical records and going to a more professional establishment.....there are plenty in the NE.
